Problem of Practice: Teachers are trying to teach too many skills at one time and becoming frustrated when students stall.

Rationale: Teachers realize that our students have many deficits. Often times they try to "fix" all of the problems at one time, thus allowing the students to only scratch the surface of skills and often times continue to stall.
